diarrhea?

I have 8 hens at 2-1/2 months
1 barred rock has extreme diarrhea. Can anyone tell me why and cure? Is it in the food? I had made a chicken mobil pen 3'x6' to roll them to patches of grass and dirt for then to dust bath in and they love that. I'm in the process of making another pen and splitting them up or joining together to give more room as I think one is kinda cramped for 8?

you might need to be more descriptive when you say diarrhea - chicken poo has a wide variety of appearance.

Wow...Just as I was eating my last waffle....There it was....The watery Poo! lol
Excessive drinking or too hot out for the girl....Which was both the last 2 weeks. The rest of my girls...Pretty normal!
