I lost 2 hens a couple months ago that had exact same symptoms. I thought they had possibly gotten into something, but after they died pretty much determined there wasn't anything to get into.
Fast forward to the present and I've got 2 hens sickly again. History...all were raised from chicks. No issues. They eat organic everything. Are allowed to free range in spring, summer and fall. I treat organically for parasites in fall as I do with all my animals. Never had an egg bound chicken. Praise God! Anyway, these girls started with pale combs, after several days weren't laying or moving as fast, eating, but not as much, drinking, which a few days more and they were lying on their sides alot and had smelly diarrhea. Now one of them is not walking at all. I drenched her with kefir, gave her a tiny smidgen of ivermectin, she's on electrolytes, st johns wort, colloidal silver, vit c, vit d, and will take organic sprouted oats soaked in raw cows milk. I gave her approx 1 vertical drop of immodium which seems to have stabilized her. She had a bath to remove the crusted poo and is much more lively, comb is now bright red and making happy sounds in a basket next to the woodstove, but still not standing. One leg is kinda stiff out behind her. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? No, she can't see a vet. Sooo...other than that?

What's their complete diet?
Crop feel?
How do their eyes look?
Can they grip with their feet?
One leg stuck out is usually a sign of mareks.
Both oats and dairy are not good for chickens and extremely hard to digest, so I'd stop that as it's not helping.
What exactly did you "worm" with?

Organic layer pellets, organic scratch grains and some kitchen scraps. Crop is empty despite eating. She is not gripping with her feet. She can't stand at all. One leg stuck out is apparently a sign of paralysis which is a symptom of many things. Neither dairy nor oats are dangerous for chickens.
I worm with a combo of cayenne, fresh garlic, apple cider vinegar, black walnut hull extract and raw pumpkin seeds.
