The pourus ones still worry me. But, what the heck. Never know till you try I guess. I'm just going to go ahead and do the rockin thing 3x a day. Again

I just hope most of these hatch. Then I will never have to buy eggs again. I'll have all the breeds I need after this to keep me busy!

Dang red ant got under my watch band yesterday while cleaning the hatching tray outside. My whole wrist swelled up. What good are ANTS for!! I'll tell yea, NOTHING!!!

There's hills every where this year. Due to all the rain we have had so far this year. Been a very cool spring so far too. low 70's. I need to order an ant eater!! Wonder how the wife would fell about that.

By the way, I went outside and came back in.... the gang can stay cooped up a bit yet, its freezing out and I threw on shorts!

I am not a fan of mottled birds, the chaos in coloring actually annoys me or hmmmm .... I cant think of a correct description, just don't prefer them,

just you keep them reds down there! Don't chickens eat them>?
 
I have a question. I looked inside the 4 eggs that didn't hatch from last run. 3 were shrinked wrapped and 1 drowned. Does that not contradict one another. 3 says not enough humidity and one says too much. Or is there something else going on with them??

do you rotate your eggs periodically in the bator? sometimes close to the fan can dry them out and close to the water area can retain more.
 
oh crud.... CHANGE of plans! I had no idea DH was still home! He took a vacation day. Uggggg I never get anything done with him around!
