Popping in to say Hi! Crazy busy w work and school about to start for my 10 yr old child. My bators been empty and stored for a month. All my chicks are growing out and I have or will give over half that I've hatched to family and a local BYCer. I'll end up w about 10 chicks/pullets to winter over. :)

Oz I love the idea, not the cost, I will read about it more at some point. Sounds awesome to have a vaccine for that!

AND I just found out that my 6 Sweet Potato Quechua and 6 Colloncas eggs had already shipped and should be here in the morning!!!!

I will let them rest 24 hours and then move my barred rocks into the hatcher (day 16) and move them into the bator! I am so hoping that most of these shipped eggs do OK

Just curious.....what do you do with all these chicks?? Do you sell, or keep? I wish I had space for even 2 chickens. I hatch and give away. No one left to take any chicks in Green Bay, WI. Sending positive pipping/zipping vibes your way for the future hatch. lynn

Do you really want a couple? I can whip something up for you and get it in the mail next week after kids start school on Tuesday. (I am not an expert but these are fitting my big girls pretty well)

Hey, Really nice saddles !!!! Put them out there for purchase. Lynn

I figure that its 40 bucks well spent on a big hatch. I would take my chances on a lesser hatch. I just would hate to go through what Doug did
