The chicks are hatching!!

first out is a FAV!




The one that pipped first just has a bigger hole seen upper left, this other just sporadically hatched HA HA HA

I see no other pips besides these two
GO BABIES GO!

FAVS have 5 toes!! 5 TOES I tell you how cute!

Two are out, no other pips



My stupid springers dug under the white faced spanish, killed a hen and scattered everyone else all over the woods!!! Searching outside in the pricker bushes for them in the dark and here the ROO is already in the coop and four hens are on the roof! the rest are MIA probably on the house roof or the dogs ate them completely!!! ughhhhhh

I found my hound with his nose in the silkie/buff Brahma brooder earlier. Thankfully everyone was okay. He's in jail while I stay outside with the older chickens.

looks like it could be! although he may not have gotten through the inner membrane and is just pushing up on it. Sounds like you will have goosers soon! @cochins1088 she is our goose gal!
