Quote: no time for needle and thread, we had to think fast before the intestines started coming out like the last time and the vet says to euth them if this happens, HOWEVER, we glued it asap, we lost one from her other litter so we knew what we were dealing with, its not pretty for sure, thats why I bought the glue, I am a bit worried though, because the umbilical was fresh and now its sorta dried and plastered like the size of a dime on his belly although dried its stuck on with the glue, but good and dry and I keep it iodined and clean, so we are praying eventually the entire thing falls off and things stay inside, but only time will tell, he is in antibiotics, he is very very active just like the other roochy bugs, and he is gaining just like the rest, eating and pooping well, I feed him with mom, but I potty him and keep her away from licking him. he now has a wash basket for in between with heat, he feeds every 45 minutes and for about 20 min. its been trying to say the least, sleep deprived but its my decision to give him a fighting chance because I bred them so its my responsibility. Had he not been this energetic I would euth but he is just like the rest.
thanksGood luck with it, Sallyand![]()
