The dead one is on the right^^

The one on the very right in this picture is alive. It's wiggling and trying to pip. What do I do??? Was it a good idea to open the top, or does it not matter??? There is also another live one that I opened the top from, but I only made a small hole. Hope keeps watching the dead one. Should I take it out? How do i know it's dead for sure?

no movement is a good sign that it is dead. I would take it out and dispose of it. As for the ones moving...are you seeing a lot of movement? With your low humidity and opening and closing I will bet they are shrink wrapped. The hard part is going to be determining if they are ready to hatch.

I really don't know what to tell you at this point. You need to get your humidity up around your open eggs. Moist warm paper towels. If you break into the membrane and they are not ready to hatch you risk them bleeding to death. Watch and see if you can see them trying to poke the membrane with their beak.
