I have a 'fat end up' turner. I will candle tonight when I go to add the water.

UPDATE on the chick we hatched out that was always upside down:
He's eating and drinking still. Runs around with the others! I'm betting in a few days it'll be fine. He flips himself over when he falls upside-down, and when I go downstairs to check on them he is usually right-side up and normal like the others. There was once today I went down and he was on his back, sleeping.
I hope this isn't genetic. He did need help hatching, so maybe it was a lack of oxygen to his brain that made him off? I'm so happy it's doing better. I was very discouraged at first. They are all healthy and happy so far.
i did have to clean a pasty butt today. I will try feeding them FF and see if that helps, like someone mentioned to me.![]()

x2 candle GENTLY and see whats happening!I would candle them and see if the air cells are misshapen or moveing around still and if they are I would give them another day or two if not then it should be fine. Also if you have a normal turner that keeps them fat end up thats probly less problmatic for the whole air cell thing as the turners like in the mini advance and such that have them on there sides. I lost 2/3rds of my orp eggs and Im guessing its the air cells on mine as I coudnt fit them all in fat end up and the aircells are MESSED up.![]()
Ikr I thought I had seen all the messy possible.... Until I got a duck xD xD but they're so adorable it doesn't matter xDoh and before I go to bed.......
DUCKS ARE AS MESSY AS CUTE!
Question, as I have multiple different egg colors going on I was wondering if there is a good way to 'divvy up' the incubator to keep the olive eggs chicks from mixing with the light green egg chicks and brown egg chicks. I would think anything solid would block air movement and cause problems but wire could pose problems too. What do you recommend?
