I don't know much about Silkies, but I've heard they can take their sweet time to start laying. If it was a good size egg I don't think it could be Juliet as pullet eggs are usually smallish and strong shelled (the first one anyway), so my guess is Tink. I read that sometimes medicines can cause soft shelled eggs and poor quality egg shells... Has she laid anything since?
If you want to check if it may have been Juliet look in my no-egg article, you can feel their pelvic bones to see if they are laying or getting ready to. I put a how-to with a pic in there.

but why one egg and then stop?

If it was Juliet she'll probably lay one egg and then wait a day or a week before laying the next one, gradually building up to laying regularly. If it's Tink she may be working out a kink in her system and will start laying properly soon.

So lockdown wasn't suppose to start until tonight...I went to turn the eggs and I felt one resist the turn....so I told Damon we had to start lockdown asap! We just started and we have an egg rocking! Gonna get a peep tonight! We are pro's now lol

hope is definitely a cutie !!! and I like her new set up.. hope her foot is ok
Me too! I think she's fine now.

She's grown! Goodness she's getting big now. I'm sorry to hear abut her foot, poor baby. You know what happened to me one day? I was watering some cuttings and my son called me and called me, but I told him to wait, I want to finish what I'm doing and he didn't sound like it was urgent, you know? Eventually I finished the watering and asked him what's up. He took me to the chicken run where I found one of my roosters hanging like a bat from the fence!! He tried to fly over and got his toe stuck and he was hanging there patiently waiting for someone to come rescue him! Poor boy. Luckily he didn't get hurt bad, but I felt terrible! I asked my son from then on if he calls me to tell me if it's important so I can attend to whatever it is immediately!
Aww, at least he was okay!!

8 babies!
AHHH THE CUTENESS IS TOO MUCH!! :D
