OMG there are way too many new posts to read through. You guys have been busy!

Just a quick update from here. I ordered hatching eggs last week, 6 either RIR or Leghorn. Went and collected today's breakfast... Yep, only thing those eggies are good for. 4 of the 6 are tiny and 1 is cracked

I'm not going to bother.

Duck eggs, I've no idea what is going on in there. I'm going to candle next week sometime.
 
Chick update for morning of day 21!!!
Hatched: 1
Externally pipped: 4
Zipping: 1
Internally pipped: 3
What's strange is, my white silkie egg, hatched a black chick???
 
BUBBA update...... only turning him upright time last night! checking every hour! so someone may get sleep tonight finally!! you betcha! MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!
 
Just got 8 Silkie eggs USPS. all have detached air cells, but only 2 are really broken up. So glad i read this !!!!!!!!!!! will incubate in carton small side down and follow what is suggested in post.

any other advice will be greatly appreciated.

The one on the left lying down has the leg issues. It doesn't stand, just hobbles around using the entire leg like a foot. :/ Going to post it in 'injuries/illness' section to see if there is any help for it.

This one seems to be trying to figure out what the heck that skinny long thing is...
that last pic is funny! how old is the chick thats not standing? some take a few days to stand up strong, did you offer her electrolites?
