Oz, I found a "dead" chick in the chick pen one morning. It got left behind when the hen got up in the morning and it got too cold. I went over to where DH was watering the garden and showed him the chick and told him what happened. He looked at it and said "Sumi, that chick is not dead!" We rushed to get it under the heat lamp and as it warmed up again it recovered. After a few minutes under the heat it was completely fine again.

I have done it with a child that had cold water immersion and no heart beat with success, I need to give the chicks a chance too...
 
I am out for a while, killer headache and I need to figure out how to sort serama to sell as pairs as I don't have individual pens to separate them so I can take pics and sell them! ugggggggg
