I just got confirmation my chickies have safely (this time) arrived at the feed store.

Now how on earth are we going to get you to incubate with you getting chicks! my word WOMAN you need to make 2 sheds ANYWAYS!

This is how my numbers are on my Spitz

I have 6 hens in both batches it was roos that died! I have 2 roos coming in a week or so she said!

they are only what 2 months behind the girls now!!! ugggggg

White face Spanish......
one roo and 3 girls! AND another girl has to go, she has major faults and I am not sure why, her neck is really long and she is oddly feathered in the wings..... postman kid I guess.
They are getting prettier SORTA, they are starting to get a really white spot at the ears already! yaya!!! roo has nice red wattles and comb already! oh and he has some cool green iridescence coming in at the tail!

OMG this looked like me and the kids last night after they spilled a full pitcher of sweet tea all over my kitchen...the spanking one not the bomb one...not really but it was what I saw in my head. I told them to run for their lives and they did.

its raining and they are still in the grow out pen until I get serama and cochin out of their two pens,
so as soon as I can get the serama run built and move them I will take pics!

you never sent me an updated pm on the DH and shhhhtuff ????? I hope he is feeling better,
I am trying so hard to stay out of depression with DH surgery and all the missed work to come, I swear the man would sooner be sick with surgery than work!
He has been talking about it nonstop annoying me, and then last night I could choke him, he tells me "oh I am not working Saturday even though they are letting us"

I know, my bad. Things have been rough here this past week, as in last 7 days. I'm getting depressed too, but I'm fighting it. Staying busy helps, but the weather doesn't! DH and I went for a walk this morning as it was so nice and sunny, would you believe it started raining when we were about 2 miles from home?

But it was nice to be outside again after being stuck indoors all day yesterday. I haven't been sleeping well either, so I'm so tired. My heart's simply not in it at the moment. I will update on everything that's going on soon... Just need to get it all sorted.
