AAh......My one penny in the well due to bacteria chick just hatch a few minutes ago EE took him 24 hous from pip but all on his own...and peeping up a storm! Looks perfect.!!

So far my temp under pit is this.... (DH bought a battery and cleaned the hole out a few minutes ago, checking in bator now)
HOWEVER I thought under the arm temps are a degree low???

CALLING ALL NURSES??

armpit temps are not accurate as it depends on the armpit.

if it is a padded armpit and the thermometer is there long enough, it will hid 98.5

have DH put it up his butt

I just got home and we have 1 duck pip the only LF chick and 4 bantams. All are breathing and doing their thing!!
