I use grow gel and then they get pro vits my duckies (all 7) babies still get pro vits in water along with niacin

so exciting!!!!!

Ok so I didnt open my incubator my humidity was at 50% and I went out for a few hours. I had chicks just popping out like shelling peas. They were doing great. come home and one chick was clearly stuck and I could see the tell tale sign of sticky chick with the bubbly gluey stuff rock hard on the side. I whipped the chicks that had hatched and that egg out and i assisted him and it plopped right out but just glued right up. I bathed him as best i could except his head. he can deal with that. But now I really dont know what to do about the other eggs that have pipped?!

I have no clue what superboost is. If its a poultry supplement then it can be used.

If its a human supplement it should not contain iron.

For the remaining eggs increase humidity to 80 and wait.

Sally sorry took so long to reply... Here are the air cells..Before I just had shown you the lines that had the chick growing where it was in the shell at day 9 ...about where it always is....

Air cells look too small to me for day 12



Humidity 22-38.Gues i should lower it......Add No water?

and what is 13% of 635. ?
I dont know how to use the % on the calculator...Never had calculators when i was a kid..Only do add sub mult and divide on mine ..Never needed % and forgot what i learned in school All went away in my brain... Too long ago!!
Just do it the old fashion way ...guess work..
I do .... 10% is move the decimal 2 places and add three 1%s but i dont think that is totally accurate but maybe close enough.

Sorry the lines arent better Im holding the door shut ( under it.... pulling) ..with my foot as its prone to pop open and candling with egg in one hand and pencil in other...

Also i noticed (didnt know this) not to candle day 11-14!! Wel ljust messed that one up...its day 12.
