Bill Gates was in the news this week - and not just for the fact that he makes $20 million a day. He went on the record as being "excited about chickens"!

My husband is scratching his head over the concept of chickens as an "investment" but he's thinking in terms of first world problems, while Gates is focusing on the challenges of the third world.

I would love to see Bill Gates' chicken coop...
