I see two choices. The first being harvest and eat at 8 weeks. The other is pour a lot of time in them and expect them to die at 6-12 months. You can delay the death with limiting the feed. How much depends on their genetics.

i figured out they are not cronsih cross its the breed thats why they are white rock and whote rocks grow that same rate my hen layed her first egg today tahts how know they started to get big in 10 weeks not 6 weeks i did research about cronish and i dont have one
