did i buy a sick pullet?

i just bought 6 pullets. (3 buff orpingtons and 3 black sexlinks.) i now have one that wants to hold her head to one side. i'm not sure what to do or if she'll make it.

Your chicken may have wry neck, but without pictures it's hard to tell. It can be caused by an injury (perhaps in transport home,) from a disease such as Mareks or Newcastles, and from a vitamin deficiency. It is treated with rest, decreased stimulation and quiet, and Vitamin B1 (thiamine,) E, and selenium given daily by mouth.
