Hi everyone. I need your expertise please. I have a white sussex which I suspect is bred with a leg horn or the likes as she has long legs and enormous feet. She is company for my older Hen Hariett. There has been a pecking order set from the beginning. Hariett is the queen bee and that's that. We only have the two of them being in our yard.
So, they sleep in cages inside the house at night and go out in garden in mornings. If I'm late, "Daisy" starts crowing. Now in my experience with roo's, they were crowing early in morning before the sun some up and also other times in day. Please tell me she's being a goofball and isn't in fact a roo. My old girl won't be able to hand a boy around trying to get legover 😂😂😂 ps. Daisy is 5 months old now. Pics attached.

Oh my goodness. I wonder if I'm going to be lucky enough to have Hariett keep him in check. Iv seen no aggression from him yet towards me or her. Just submissive and gallops off when she bites him 😂
You know, we had two sussex. One recently drowned in our pool and I have been so heartbroken. Now this.. Can 2021 fast forward rather.. Or give us a give or take option 😂
