Well this morning at 10:30 I cracked the bator halfway to add water to bring up the humidity (it was going down)....it is day 24 on my duck eggs and i am putting them in the hatcher tomorrow. I then proceeded to heat up the hatcher bator and add water to that. I was in a rush to get to school and left the bator that the eggs are in cracked halfway. I didn't check it again until just now....9:30! [IMG]
The temp was at 80 degrees and was at that for about 11 hours! Did I just kill all my duck eggs, they are going to the hatcher tomorrow.....are they far along enough that it might not affected them.....please tell me they are okay! [IMG]

I would bet that they will be fine. I had a friend that accidently unplugged the bator. It was off for over 6 hours and the inside bator temp was in the 70s. They still had a 70% hatch.

just let them to hatch, then, if they're not hatched, they could have die.

sometimes people can do wrong thing, nothing's perfect.
