I candled at day 7 and discarded 3 clearly infertile eggs and one that had had an embryo but no blood vessels. I candled again at day 10 and found a bunch of eggs with no visible air sac, but there were clearly babies inside that still had veins. I put those back in the incubator. They had had air sacs on day 7, I marked them. I found one that was developing very well, but it's egg had probably 20 hairline cracks in it. I discarded it. I discarded one more that was...swishy inside with no veins. And one that wasn't swishy but had no veins. Neither had a visible air sac upon opening them either. I performed egg ectomies on all these eggs and the embryos looked like they stopped somewhere a few days ago, except for the cracked egg one which looked like it was probably fine, maybe even advanced. That one had an air sac. But it wasn't moving at all when I opened it's egg. Would an alive baby have moved? They were only out for 10 minutes or so before eggectomy.
