It can take 24 hours or more to hatch after the pip. Next you will see the pip hole get bigger, little by little. Then you will start to see the zip, when the chick works around the egg like its unzipping the shell. Eventually it work its way out ever so slowly. Some will hatch before some others. Don't stress just enjoy the long process of hatching.
