Do they both look like bantams? And do they both look female

They both appear to be bantam pullets to me.

RR's and Leghorns would lay small eggs like that if they were young and this was their first egg.(s) Your one chicken on the right looks like a golden laced Wyandotte. They have a flatter comb. I have a couple of those that look just like her when they were young. I would think the egg would be smaller coming from a bantams first egg? My larger hens, when young, first started with small eggs about 1" long. Once in a while I'll get a small egg like that from my older hens. But I have no bantams so I'm not really sure about them.
