Did my chicken just honk?

So...im new to this and have had my chickens for about 3 months, yesterday i had one start to honk. (sound attached) my question is this ok? is my hen really a Ro and is starting to crow or is this a dominate hen? So confused by whats going on.

Your video is private so I can't play it, but I've heard a couple of my pullets make honking sounds...my birds are happy and healthy (and all female) so probably nothing to worry about on your end either.

"Honking" can also be symptomatic of a respiratory infection. I'd have to see/hear her to know what you are talking about.

Mine sometimes sound like they are honking when they are doing the egg song or if there is danger nearby.

Sounds like someone is trying to crow. What ages are your birds?

No worries; now that I've heard it, it doesn't sound like the honking sounds that I've heard periodically from my pullets...could be a crow attempt or respiratory issue as mentioned above. Pictures of your flock and of the bird(s) making the sound may help.
