Did my eggs get too cold to incubate?

I have been really excited because my first ever hen has started laying. I started collecting her eggs the day before Easter. Yesterday I turned the temp up on our spare fridge to put the eggs in there since we are having a warm spell here. I thought it was set around 55 degrees, when I just went to turn them it was 45 degrees. They were like that for around twelve hours

I read a thread on this a while back, and now I can't seem to find it.
