This is a one year old Buff Orpington roo we processed a few weeks ago. I believe he was approx 8 pounds live weight. I don't know, I thought he was a pretty good size, and tasted good too. Maybe not the biggest breast, but lots of leg meat!

It's a patented breed like the Cornish, the parent breeds are top secret.
