on impulse I bought 4 buff orp, 4 silver laced wyandottes, & 4 Delaware chicks at the feed store. all same size. one slw died first day.
after a couple of weeks I now see that I have 1 buff orp, 3 red sex link, & I don't know what the "Delaware" are. the Delaware are a lot bigger than the others.
they're plowing through the feed at an astonishing rate. .
it's cute to watch the chest bumping. the big Delaware will bump a much smaller Wyandotte & the Wyandotte will puff up and bump right back. they've got a lot of moxie.
