Did this chick pip to low??

Do you think this chick will be okay? The egg just moved a minute ago, so I know the chick is currently alive. If an intervention is needed, how long do I wait? Normally I would let nature do it's thing, but this is one of 8 eggs in particular that I really want to make it.

Looks like it pipped on the low side of the air cell. Should be fine.
