Did welp contact you before shipping?

I ordered an ASAP order through welp 2/8, aparently they ASAP doesn't mean what it used to lol, they came back confirming a ship date of 4/12. Anyways I called them and they said it should ship today, but I've not got any sort of email confirmation that they shipped. Do they usually let you know?

I have never ordered from them, but the hatcheries I have ordered from did not let me know. They just gave me a ship date and shipped. All of them charged my credit card about a week before shipping. That was the only clue I had.

I ordered from Welp in February. They shipped 04/05. I did not receive any notice of shipment but did call on 04/06 to be sure they had shipped on time. I love the customer service I got from Welp and I am very happy with my chicks.
