Diet Questions

That's a good question, but you obviously have a good dad to help them out just incase. Ducks are beautifully crazy 😊
My dad passed 12 years ago, but he was the kindest man I've ever known, and I'm not just saying that cause he was my dad. He grew up on a sheep farm and was among the last of the generations to attend a one room school up until he was in the 4th grade. I loved his stories. He and almost all of his siblings were born in the house he grew up in. 100% I inherited his love for gardening and animals, although he looked at it more from a practical standpoint where I see my critters as family (albeit, practical family members).

If you're allowed to fish at the lake, I bet you'll find minnows there. I always do this at night whenever the minnows come to the edge of the water and use a net to scoop them out. I haven't ever been able to catch them during the day but it's probably possible. Good luck 💜
Thank you! I'll definitely give it a try. In the meantime I'll buy some so they get to have fun this weekend 😊

I'm sorry to hear your dad passed. He sounded like a wonderful man with a big heart 💗
I too see my animals as family members and want them to be happy and healthy. I love Gandhi's quote “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.”
