Good diet program: eat healthy foods...cut back on sweets, snacks, & fast food, get a "physical" job working outdoors....guaranteed weight loss!!

dont know about that diet,,, but... i swear by the special k meal bars! last year i lost 20 pounds in about 8 weeks!!!

Skip any diet that has a name lol. Eat less, and move more. This is the only way. It requires a little disipline, but is very rewarding.
