Diff. between silkie's & cocchin's frizzle/sizzle mix

I'd love if people could post their pictures to help me see the difference in the mixes to make the frizzle look/ sizzle look? Also, I've seen some silkie roosters with big curly type combs, do they always have them? Thanks
