Difference a few days make! WOW

The first egg, I found yesterday (understand my girls have just started laying a week ago)

The 2nd egg, also yesterday, both from Barred Rocks...what a difference!

The first egg layer gave me a similar pullet egg last week...wow, its so large, it barely fits inside my carton!
Hope this is a trend!

(I am sure it s double yolker, its heavy as all get out too!

That's a beautiful, big egg! I just love it when I get those nice, extra large eggs.

Just to share, this is a pic of my olive egger hen's first egg.....(kind of a frankenstein egg)

It kind of looks like two eggs, stitched together!

Jody, yep, that was a double yolker! After that first egg, she has layed small, very dark olive green eggs. They're starting to get a little bit bigger though......

Oh, you'll love it when you get those nice EE eggs! My EEs lay more of a sea foam green egg, not like this Olive Egger color.....
