Hi everyone,
I am new to this and was wondering , How do I know a fertilized egg VS a regular egg. I collect them all and pop them in the fridge. I do have a rooster but I have never known the difference.

Thanks for any information in advance.

The only way to tell a fertile from a non fertile without incubating and checking for development (and even then eggs can be fertile and not develop) is to crack a couple open and check for fertility by looking for the "bullseye" on the yolk. All yolks have a white spot. In an unfertilized egg it is called a blastodisc and is just a small white dot. In a fertilized egg it becomes a blastoderm having a bullseye appearance. So if you crack a couple open and see the blastoderm you can conclude that the rooster is doing the job. I'll include some examples:

Hope this helps.
