Difference between Forced and circulated.

I'm currently in the construction of my incubator. I have the PC fan in there but I'm not sure if it would be considered a forced air incubator, or a circulated incubator. I was searching for forced air incubator sets on the Eggcartons website and they look nothing like a small fan. Does anyone know how to make a forced air incubator set? What is the difference between circulated and forced air incubators?

I just finished the incubator. But I think I might need to make some adjustments.

I think a PC fan in the bator would be a circulated air incubator. I left mine out and I still had really good development---until the power went out today!!!!!
