Difference between Golden Cuckoo and SIlver Cuckoo Chicks

Is there a noticable difference in how the chicks of Golden Cuckoo Marans and Silver Cuckoo Marans look?
(or do the differences only become noticable when the feathers grow in?)

golden cuckoos are mostly brownish (pullets) and the cocerals have a yellow/gold color. Silver are black with a silver wash.. at least that is my limited experience....
