Different age Pullets?

I integrated pullets from two different hatcheries that I got 2 days apart. They are 3 days apart in age. Is this a mistake? I worry the little ones will get picked on.

At that age they don’t bully one another due to an age gap. The age gap isn’t great enough to promote the older ones to pick on the younger ones.

They'll be fine. It's not enough of a difference to worry about.
