Different age roosters

Hello everyone! I have a 13 week old Rhode Island Red rooster and Silkie rooster. The Silkie is really starting to grow his Spurs and I've noticed that out of the blue he will go after my rir roo and grab him by his hackle feathers and won't let go. My rir will end up dragging him around the run until my Silkie lets go. And what's weird is that the Silkie will do this out of nowhere. What I'm thinking is that my silkies hormones have kicked in and he's already starting to dominate the rir roo but obviously size will prevail. When should I expect my rir roo to start fighting back? So far he's very submissive and will even walk around him now. And my Silkie roo is smaller then two other silkies that I don't know their gender yet, but that's beside the point.

On top of this I have a 11 week old black australorp in there with him. I know his hormones are also right around the corner.

Do you guys think I should separate all of them? Or do you think they will work it out? Also do you think they will fight each other to the death? Please let me know what you guys think!

Things may work out,but he rir may be submissive forever,or may stand his ground.Letting the Silkie dominate right now is best.The younger one can view him as power,and not try to kill him as they age.

I suggest at least only having one roo with the 11 hens.And getting the others separate pens with hens.Or split up the 11 hens and split them off to different roosters.

There are some squabbles,but they never are too serious.BUT,roosters will get fed up sometimes and can kill each other (I have had experience with two roo's who grew up together and tried killing eachother.

Usually when roosters are just a few months old,they can figure the pecking order out young (But that doesn't mean it always works out.)Did any of the roosters grow up together?

Yes they are all growing up together. The Silkie has always been a bit standoffish at times while the rir is really friendly.
