Different breed or color variation?

Update!!!

We are at about 10 weeks now. Still wondering what breed this is? Also I know several have said this is a cockerel but it sure doesn’t act like the other cockerel I have. Any second opinions?

It looks like there is some black leakage in the feathering and the yellow legs makes me think it's definitely not a Buff Orpington. I think one of Hoover's Rainbow hybrids is a good guess.

Hoover's Hatchery has really poor-quality birds (90% of the time) and they often mix up breeds in breeding pens, so I would not doubt it if the poster's cockerel is one of the "Rainbow" hybrids or a Buff Orpington with some mixed lineage. Either one of those is possible with how Hoover's Hatchery mixes things up.
