i he a guinea keet born last night that is paler in color than the rest. He’s like 4 days later than the rest of the babies. Any ideas why he’s a different color? I have pearl guineas.

Pearl is dominant and will hide most other color genes those birds are carrying, except white which will show up as pied. It's hard to tell the colors accurately, but depending on where the parents came from it could be a lavender, though it looks a bit more tan than what I remember mine being.

I was thinking buff dundotte but those genes would be more rare, and its hard to tell in the pictures the actual colors. Make sure you pay attention to head markings as you look at pictures/descriptions.
