Different egg? New to egg laying

Hey guys!! Most of girls having been laying for a couple weeks still have 2 left to start laying at least I think. I got this weird shaped egg with stuff stuck to the top of it. I don’t know if it’s poop or blood. Just wondering if it’s normal or if I should be doing anything to help. I have attached photos of said egg.

It’s calcium deposits. If they just started laying wonky eggs are to be expected for the next 4-6 weeks after they start laying. If continues long term then it can be cause for concern, but for new layers it’s pretty common.
