Different size chicks - all same age!

Hi these are my 2 week old chicks. 2 are nearly twice the size of the other two but they are all eating and drinkig and toiletting well so is this just normal and due to the different breeds?
The big ones are a Buff Orpington named Honey and RIR called Myrtle. The small ones are a Vorwerk called Mo, and a Silver laced Wyandotte named Miranda. Sorry just had to out names here because theyre SO cute.
Also are there any treats we can give them?

vorweks are slow growing breed so will start very small
