Diffrence between show quality and breeder quality

What exactly is the difference between show quality and breeder quality chickens? Is it just that breeder quality have broken feathers or something?

No, show quality means it is good enough to place well at a show. Breeder quality means it was bred from show quality birds but has a few faults that stop it from placing well but it could still produce show quality offspring.
