Dinner? Free 2 roosters 3 months old and 2 hens 2 years old Harford county maryland

2 hens lay pretty much every day. They are 2 years old this month. One eats Her eggs sometimes and that’s why she has to go. They are inseparable so they go together for whatever purpose you have. They have been well cared for. No health issues that I know of. The roosters hatched early April and we just have too many roosters. No behavior issues so far. In fact

seems pretty docile. One is a buckeye. The other is a lavender Orpington. I can’t remember what breed the hens are. Maybe sex links. Just can’t remember.

we live in north Harford county. Happy to meet or you can pick up from our house.

A main reason hens eat their eggs can be due to low calcium levels in their diet. What are you feeding them? You can also teach them not to eat eggs if you put fake eggs in with the real eggs.

I have free calcium and they are eating Purinas layer feed.
It’s the only chicken I’ve ever had that’s fine it

and I’ve owned chickens for 10 years

she has a habit im not willing to deal with now that I’ve got young ones that will follow in her footsteps. I’ve put fakeceramic eggs. I make sure they all have plenty of free choice calcium.
