If you are going to stay in a wet area here is what to do. First, expect damp/wetness related problems among them health issues. Second, build a raised coop with a wooden floor with linoleum glued over it for ease of cleaning and no retention of bacteria. If you do not want to do that, then put down 4 mil plastic sheeting and run it up sides of walls a foot or so. kThen put down 4" gravel. Then throw down some OSB which takes moisture very well, Then load it up with lots and lots of litter, to 8" depth. Should help it stay dry. Toss out if mildew seen, or suffer consequences of flock develops lung troubles/pneumonia. I run, raise it by adding dirt to where it is higher than surrounding grade. Seed well with good grass for chooks to have live greens. (never raise chooks on store-bought food only) Figure on cross-fencing to keep some good grass available at all times or to re-seed. I do. And I have 80 sq ft/bird for my run.
