"Dirty butt"

I'm not real sure where this question belongs BUT(pun intended)...we hsve a blue Wyandotte that is very light colored(gray) that seems to have a "dirty butt" none of the other girls have it nor her breed mate...is this normal or is there something wrong or something should look for?
 
Take a closer look....depending on just how 'dirty' it is.(pics?)
If they have juicy poops it can be a real mess, best to trim the feathers off so they don't catch any subsequent deposits.
Most birds occasionally have some poopy butt feathers, they usually clean it off themselves.
