Dirty butts

Hi,
2 of my chickens have very dirty cloaca areas with a brown liquid oozing out. Do you know what this could be and what do I do about it? Thanks so much!

She looks great otherwise. About 5 years old. Two of them look like this. I do have a rooster and wondering about that?

Personally I would separate them from the flock but near the rest where they can see each other.
clean the area as good as possible to see what’s going on.. I would also check how their weight is. Maybe they are skinny underneath all those feathers..

It is good advice to move them from the flock.

If it smells, it could be vent gleet. It is treated with monistat
