Dirty Chicken Faces

Looks like blood, pecking and dirt.
Try to clean up the face and wattles as others have suggested in your other threads.
You can apply some triple antibiotic ointment or vetericyn.

You will need to evaluate your housing/run situation and determine if the picking is due to overcrowding. Too little space can cause aggressive pecking, so adding some room will be helpful.

Here's your other two threads:

AhHah!!... I'll bet you're right!
I knew it wasn't plain dirt/mud, but also not pox......not sure why I didn't think of blood.

Can be pretty easy to get to get a comb nicked......and then they shake their head and it looks like murder happened flinging droplets all over coop.

But I never had the need to actually clean and treat a bloody comb...and I've had a few...always felt best to leave it alone.

So u think I should leave her be or treat it?
I'd personally just keep an eye on it....but it's abdolutely your decision.
If you feel the need to check it out more closely, by all means do so..... Wyorp Rock has given good advice above, and looks like others have too.
