Thanks for the kinds words everyone. Anyone else for the mites versus molting?

Looks like molting to me! No evidence of mites or lice in your photo. I would check near her vent, under her wings and around her neck area just to be sure. The Permethrin powder would work well or get some permethirin 10 concentrate mix it up and put some in a spray bottle. A bit easier and less messy. No dust and just as effective!
