When I get a cracked or pecked egg, I just move it to the front of the line to eat. If I see something that concerns me, i'll just send it to the compost pile. I've taken to cracking my eggs into a separate bowl one at a time because ducks are notorious for hiding eggs. Imagine an egg that's been in 100 degree heat for a week or two.I have gotten a few where it looked like someone pecked it a little to hard, not ruptured but a hole in the shell, I throw those away, but I have 2 right now that have slight cracks in them but you can't see the inner membrane so wondered if that was still enough to "ruin" it. Thanks
