i dont want to let the moisture out but our incubator stinks because i left the shells in there for two or three days and i just took them out, those shells stanked so should i clean it or leave it? dont want bacteria but i see a little slime on the floor from hatching that is green. the rest of the eggs are doing great though and i have seen movement. 6 hatched already and 9 more to go, two are currently pipped.

You could remove the shells, carefully
Have you taken out the chicks that have been in it for a few days? They’ll need food and water soon
Are you sure all eggs are alive? One could be full of bacteria causing the smell
Is this a staggered hatch?

i had some eggs older than others in this batch, i have taken out the chicks in pairs of two. i took the shells out. i dont know how to check if all are alive but im almost 100% sure i have seen them all move

I’d just leave them be then unless you have a second clean incubator to transfer them to
It is odd that it smells that bad already
